Newmodern Ceramic Vase

This sculptural vase embodies refined innovation, conceived as a composition of two elegant forms: a conical cylinder base supporting a circular plate with a central opening. One of the collection’s sister pieces was honored in the innovation competition at Maison&Objet 2022, underscoring the series’ design excellence.

Measuring 20 cm in height, this piece is crafted from exceptional Chinese tea pottery and finished with a sophisticated bronze-to-black gradient that lends it depth, warmth, and timeless appeal.

Element Accessories expresses a seamless dialogue between European and Chinese craftsmanship, uniting contemporary design thinking with advanced production expertise. Created by rising Chinese design talent SUNs, a Red Dot Award winner, the series reflects the spirit of the New Modern Chinese aesthetic.

The ULFUR collection is defined by its harmonious balance of vertical and horizontal lines, a meticulous production process using selected high-temperature-resistant clay, and a mineral glaze enriched with natural ore. Fired at 1360°C, the finish reveals a subtle, organic surface with the refined character of bronze gently fading into black.

More than a year of dedicated research and development with expert collaborators was required to achieve this exceptional result.
